When will my wheels be in stock?

We are working hard with our manufacturing facilities to get our wheels in stock for our customers. We recommend that you contact the dealer from which you purchased the vehicle for the most up-to-date ETA.

Should I get new tires when I purchase new wheels?

We strongly advise you to purchase a new set of tires along with your new wheels. If your new wheels have the same diameter and width as your old wheels, you can use your old tires on your new wheels. We recommend contacting your local dealer or tire shop to ensure that this is safe to do. There will be far fewer potential problems with properly balancing the wheel/tire combination.

I want a single tire. Is it possible? Or do I need to buy the whole set?

When ordering a single wheel, ensure that the diameter, width, offset, and bolt pattern match your current wheels. For costing, accessibility, and collecting information, please contact us.
I am on a tight budget. Do you have wheels or tires for me?
Yes, we have. We are offering cheap and affordable wheels, tires, and auto parts. Check out our wide range of products on our website.

How can I measure my wheels?

I have recently got new wheels, and now I want to order tires. What would tire size be perfect?

You can determine the tire’s size by the size of the wheel and any necessary modifications to the vehicle. We recommend that you check with your local dealer to confirm fitment and safety.

Is it OK to use aftermarket auto parts?

Aftermarket auto parts are not only equally effective but also inexpensive. When adequately refurbished, they perform just as well as new parts while costing less. So, as long as you buy your aftermarket auto parts from Daim Autos, they are reliable, sufficient, and cost-effective.

What's the best way to choose between OEM and aftermarket auto parts? Can you guide me?

We suggest that those who have brand-new vehicles or vehicles that require a crucial part replacement purchase new auto parts to ensure long life and reliable performance. However, regardless of your vehicle’s age, aftermarket parts are a viable alternative if you require a simple part with a short shelf life. Consult your trusted auto mechanic for guidance on deciding between OEM and aftermarket parts for your vehicle.

What do you mean by refurbishing auto parts?

A refurbish auto part is a previously used auto part that has been expertly re-manufactured to new working conditions by industry standards. Warranties typically cover re-manufactured auto parts.

What is the distinction between re-manufactured, refurbished, and rebuilt auto parts?

In the automotive industry, the terms “re-manufactured” and “refurbished” are used interchangeably, so they mean the same thing. On the other side, Rebuilt parts are non-essential parts or components taken from other automobiles to rebuild and repair a faulty part in your vehicle. Nuts, bolts, bearings, piston rings, and rods are a few examples.

What if I drive On Worn Tires?

Driving on worn-out tires can cause more than just legal complications. Inadequate tread depth also affects braking force, which is especially dangerous on icy roads, and a tire that is not correctly inflated can affect fuel efficiency and handling ability.

Can I store tires for 18 months?

They should be perfectly alright as long as you keep tires in cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight – though performance does decline with age. Tires contain anti-aging agents, but these only function properly when the rubber is used; storage hastens the deterioration. This is a significant issue for spares, which can often sit idle for years.

Can I save money through used auto parts?

Yes! Purchasing used auto parts, especially if you need a high-priced auto part, such as an engine or catalytic converter, is a wise decision that could save you thousands of dollars. Even if you only require small or simple parts, such as tail lights and tires, purchasing used parts can be an appropriate and cost-effective alternative to buying new parts. Just make sure to choose a reputable auto parts store that has been in operation for several years.

Who will Installs Aftermarket Parts?

Bring your aftermarket auto part to a nearby car dealership for installation. Before installation, a professional technician at the service center will inspect the aftermarket auto part to ensure that it is compatible with your vehicle. However, even if they configure the aftermarket auto part, the auto dealer can only guarantee the labor.

Can I Bring Your Parts to The Car Dealer?

You are always welcome to bring your auto parts to a car dealer. On the other hand, the car dealer will be unable to provide a warranty or guarantee the performance of the part you’ve purchased. Before ordering any parts for installation, we strongly advise to get your vehicle checked by a trained service technician at a local car dealer. The certified mechanic will also troubleshoot and, if necessary, obtain an appropriate replacement part.

What do you mean by run-flat tires?

So, run-flat tires manufactured with more durable construction. These tires are typically designed for vehicles that do not have spare tire space. In the event of an air pressure loss, they can endure the vehicle’s weight and be driven for 50 miles at a speed of 50 mph.

Do you provide speedy shipping, and if so, what is the cost?

Tires are heavy items, and their shipping costs reflect this. While we do offer prompt shipping, we do not generally suggest it. We can only ship our tires via FedEx, and based on the strength of the tire and your destination; this carrier charges around $200 – $500 per tire to hasten to ship.

When will my wheels require balancing? How would I know this?

So, if your wheels are not correctly balanced, you will typically notice a vibration in the steering wheel or throughout the vehicle.

What are the symptoms of an unbalanced wheel?

  • The vibration of the steering wheel or the entire vehicle.
  • Along with the increased vibration, you may hear humming and buzzing noise.
  • Tire wear: Normally, a stable wheel wears the tire across the tread, while an unstable tire wears along the edge.

Tires may wear prematurely if the wheel is not balanced correctly. Therefore, minor imbalances can result in uneven tread wear and increased heat, reducing tire life.

How to repair tire puncture safely?

If one of your tires has a puncture, do not drive on it. Even if the puncture is slow, you should put the spare wheel in place of the damaged one.

You should examine and check your tires thoroughly before repair, and no repair should be attempted if any of the following symptoms are present:

    • Insufficient tread depth underneath the legal limit of 1.6mm across the circumference of the tire.
    • Splits, cuts, and rubber crazing/cracking make their way into the casing.
    • Secondary effects, such as under-inflation/deflation damage or savaging by a penetrating object’s spot.
    • Rubber that has become worn, aged, or deteriorated.
    • Bead damage, including a shattered bead core
    • Any evidence of previous shoddy repairs.

Should I fit my tires in winter?

As the temperature drops, drivers will wonder if it’s worth it to invest in a set of winter tires.

It is not necessary to have winter tires. However, if you live in an area susceptible to severe weather, you strongly recommend installing winter tires. Here are some of the reasons why you need winter tires.

      • When the temp decreases, regular tires stiffen.
      • Winter tires use a type of rubber (with a high silica content) and a tread pattern intended to remain flexible in low temperatures – below +7C – to provide better braking and handle performance on snow and ice and wet roads in cold weather.
      • There is a label on winter tires with a snowflake or snow-capped mountains symbol.

What are the reasons for uneven tire wear?

Uneven tire wear can impact tire life and performance, as well as the handling and safety of your vehicle. It is critical to detect signs of uneven tire wear early and take corrective action.

A variety of factors can contribute to irregular wear, including:

        • Suspension components that are loose or worn
        • Steering parts that cause leakage
        • Uneven and insufficient tire pressure
        • Wheels that are out of alignment

So, one or more issues could trigger irregular tire wear; there are so many factors that there is no specific cause, and you may not even notice them.

Worn steering components, such as loose ball joints, worn tie rod ends, or excessive play in the rack and pinion cause the tires to be held at an incorrect angle, affecting the overall geometry. This may result in tire scrub, in which excessive friction quickly wears away the tire tread.

What is steering wheel vibration?

The vibration of the Steering Wheel

          • Tire Balance

Tires is one of the most common causes of car steering shake. If your tires are not correctly balanced, you may experience steering wheel vibration. This vibration begins around 50-55 mph and gradually worsens to about 60 mph, after which it may improve.
Alignment Issues Driving on rough roads with many potholes can harm the alignment setup, resulting in steering vibration. Out-of-alignment steering can trigger tires to wear unevenly, causing the steering to vibrate.

          • Wheel alignment

So, wheel balancing is not the same as wheel alignment, which refers to the trajectory and angle at which your tires are seen.

          • Tires that aren’t in good shape

Worn or damaged tires can also cause vibration. If your tires are showing signs of uneven wear, they may need to be changed.
